Mulching

There are numerous types and colours of mulches in the market today; bark mulch, pebbles, shells, even plants are used as a visual ground cover. People underestimate how vital mulch is to plants/gardens. They keep out weed seeds, keep in the moisture, and if applied correctly provide an amazing looking colour scheme.
